A third person has been arrested in connection to a large fire which broke out inside a Blackpool hotel in the early hours of Thursday.
The man, aged 40, is from Blackpool and will be questioned along with two other men, aged 38 and 39, who are also from the town.
They have been arrested on suspicion of arson.
Firefighters remained at the scene on Thursday afternoon to determine the exact cause of the fire, which started at around 1.30am at the Palm Beach Hotel on New South Promenade, South Shore.
At the height of the blaze 70 firefighters were at the scene, and houses at the back of the hotel on Clifton Drive were evacuated as a precaution.
