Stone attack on ex’s house

Blackpool Magistrates Court

Blackpool Magistrates Court

A MAN who was affected by the break down of a relationship went round to his former’s girlfriend’s home and threw a stone through her front window.

William Moss, 23, of Avery Close, Poulton, admitted criminal damage to the window.

Pam Smith, prosecuting, said a witness saw Moss approach the house and go down the side.

He then emerged carrying a stone which he threw at the double glazed panel.

Blackpool Magistrates adjourned his hearing until December 18 so reports can be prepared on him.

Alan Godwin, defending, said his client had spent more than two weeks in hospital after the incident.
