A BLACKPOOL man was jailed for four weeks after he admitted stealing a £20 note from his victim’s wallet.

Martin Rhodes, 32, of Adelaide Street, in the resort, also admitted being in breach of a conditional discharge and two offences of being drunk and disorderly.

Blackpool magistrates heard that Rhodes and another man asked the victim for a light in the town centre.

Rhodes noticed the man was looking through his wallet and he removed the £20 note and ran off.
