POLICE are concerned a former company director was grooming young girls after his release from prison for sex offences.

Stephen Ford allowed girls into his home after they washed his car.

And inside the house the 57-year-old former boss of a will writing company talked to them about the way babies were conceived and tickled them.

Police also discovered he watched the girls as they washed his car for his own gratification.

Officers seized computer equipment from Ford’s home on Hyde Road, Blackpool, during their ongoing inquiry, Blackpool Magistrates’ Court was told.

A full Sexual Offences Prevention Order was granted at the hearing.

It prevents Ford from having any contact with children under the age of 16.

He must not take part in any activities paid or voluntary which would put him in contact with youngsters.

He is also forbidden from taking moving or still pictures of children and must allow police to examine any equipment capable of storing digital images.
