Police seize car of driver 'racing' in Blackpool

A driver caught racing around Blackpool for the second time has had their car seized.

The white Vauxhall was stopped last night after being seen racing through central Blackpool.

The driver had previously been given a warning, so officers from Lancashire Roads Police seized the car.

An officer tweeted: "One driver having previously received a Section 59a Warning. Vehicle now seized under same legislation."
