A man stopped as he rode a bicycle along Central Drive had two snap bags of drugs on him.
Mitch Savage, 23, of Central Drive, Blackpool, admitted possessing cannabis.
He was bailed for pre-sentence reports by District Judge Jim Clarke sitting at Blackpool Magistrates’ Court.
Prosecutor, Alison Quanbrough, said police stopped Savage as he rode along Central Drive, because he was thought to be under the influence of drugs on January 15 at 10pm.
When asked if he had anything on him he should not have, he produced a tobacco tin containing a small amount of cannabis.
Martin Hillson, defending, said Savage, who was known to police as someone who used cannabis recreationally, apologised for what he had done.
