A POST mortem has revealed a man who was found dead in a bin store died from natural causes.

Police had initially arrested a 71-year-old man on suspicion of murder after Clive Rinder’s body was found outside a terraced house in Spencer Court, Layton, Blackpool.

But detectives say they are now not treating the 42-year-old’s death as suspicious.

Forensic teams spent the day gathering evidence at the scene on Thursday following the grim discovery at 6.45am.

The man who had been arrested was quizzed by detectives, but released on police bail yesterday.

A police spokesman said: “A post mortem has revealed the 42-year-old man died from natural causes.

“His death is not being treated as suspicious.

“Officers will now talk to the 71-year-old man to explain no further action will be taken.
