A missing woman is thought to be in Blackpool with a man wanted by police in Cheshire for breaching his parole.
Detectives in Leeds say they are “very concerned” for Elizabeth Cooper, 41, from Farnley, who they believe is in the resort.
They say she is thought to be with her ex-partner Andrew Thomas, who is wanted by police in Cheshire for breaching his parole licence conditions.
Ms Cooper is described as white, of medium build, with brown hair. Mr Thomas is 34 years old, white, 6ft tall, and has short dark brown hair.
Acting Det Insp Marc Bowes, of Leeds District CID, said: “We are very concerned for Elizabeth’s welfare, as are her family, and we urgently need to trace her to ensure she is safe.
“We believe she is willingly with Mr Thomas, who is wanted by police in Cheshire for recall to prison.
“We think they may be staying in bed and breakfast accommodation in the main seafront area. I would appeal to anyone who has seen them or who has any information that could assist in tracing them to contact us immediately.”
Anyone with information is asked to contact the Special Operations Room at Leeds District Headquarters, in Elland Road, via 101 quoting log number 137 of September 13.
