A YOUNG man was ordered out of Blackpool town centre after he had exposed himself to clubbers through a night spot’s window.

Danny Bell, 22, of Waterloo Road, was given a written instruction by two special constables to leave the town centre and not return for 24 hours

Martine Connah, prosecuting, told Blackpool magistrates the officers had been alerted by doorstaff to Bell’s activities outside a club.

When they spoke to Bell he appeared drunk and they ordered him to leave the area.

However, at 5.25am Bell was seen in the Talbot Road area.

Bell admitted breaching the order and also being in breach of a conditional discharge.

The mechanic was fined £35 for failing to obey the order and £75 for breaching the conditional discharge.

Patrick Nelligan, defending, said: “He (Bell) was playing the fool exposing himself. He was under the influence of alcohol.”
