Police in Blackpool are on the lookout for a man who is wanted in connection with two “serious assaults” in the resort.
Officers are appealing for anyone who knows where Ged Penney is to get in touch with them.
The 34-year-old (pictured) is wanted in connection with two separate incidents that have occurred in Blackpool over the last two months.
He is known to have links to Layton, Grange Park and central Blackpool. He sometimes goes by the name Ged Barron, police said.
And officers are hoping someone will recognise him and help lead them to where he is currently staying.
Police declined to release details of the alleged offences but confirmed they took place inside private addresses in the Blackpool area on July 3 and August 18.
PC John Gorst, of Blackpool Police, simply described the incidents as “serious assaults”.
He said officers are now hoping this appeal will help uncover new leads on where Penney is.
PC Gorst added: “Blackpool Police wish to locate and speak with Ged Penney, also known as Ged Barron, in connection with allegations of serious assault which happened in the Blackpool area on July 3 and August 18.
“If anyone has any information about his whereabouts please contact Lancashire Police on 101.”
Police have issued a photo of the 34-year-old in an effort to track him down.
Anyone who knows where he is can call police on 101, quoting log number 1869 of July 3.
