A Blackpool woman became a victim of violence after she returned home from a night out.
Christopher Trickett turned what she called “psycho”.
He called her names and started slamming doors so hard children in the house woke up.
And when she spurned his sexual advances he grabbed her by the arms and pinned her down.
Trickett, 26, of Rydal Avenue, Blackpool admitted assaulting her causing a cut on her nose.
Blackpool magistrates heard how police were called but Trickett had already left when they arrived and he was arrested later.
He told police he felt ashamed at what he had done.
Gary McAnulty, defending, said: “It is fair to say both parties had drunk a lot that night.
This was not a sustained attack and no weapon was used.”
Trickett was given a 12 month supervision order and told to pay costs of £140.
