A MAN returned to an address he had been told to leave and then asked police to arrest him there.
Daniel Carroll shouted at officers: “I’m going to smash the windows in, you better lock me up.”
Carroll, 25, of Ribble Street, St Annes, admitted breach of the peace.
He was bound over in the sum of £75 for 12 months by DJ Margaret McCormack sitting at Blackpool Magistrates Court.
Sharon Child, prosecuting, said police were called to an address on Ribble Road at 10pm on February 17 and found Carroll and others there who were drunk.
Carroll was asked to leave and not return.
More than three hours later police got a call from him saying he was back at the address.
Carroll told the court he paid money to stay at the address, but when he and others got together there to get drunk it did not work.
He apologised and said he was trying to get work and his own place.
