A man who behaved in a bizarre manner in Fleetwood had been mixing drugs and alcohol, a court heard.
Gavin Blair threatened to razor the manager of a shop and in a separate incident chased children and passersby around streets in the port while he was naked at 8am.
Blair, 37, of Beach Road, Fleetwood, pleaded guilty to assault, threatening behaviour and breaching bail.
He was sentenced to 12 months supervision and ordered to pay £50 compensation to the shop manager for mental hardship plus £60 victims’ surcharge.
Blackpool magistrates also made him the subject of an indefinite restraining order which bans him from communicating with the shop manager and entering the shop.
Alison Quanbrough, prosecuting, said Blair went into Deols Discount Booze, Poulton Road, Fleetwood, on October 8 and kept pushing the manager in the chest while he was on the phone.
Blair was banned from the shop, but on November 1 went in again and after being told by the manager to leave said: “I’m going to get a razor blade and sort you.”
He was bailed by a court not to go within five metres of Deols but on May 22 he went into the shop. Blair told police: “I only went in to buy a bag of crisps. I forgot my bail conditions.”
Patrick Nelligan, defending, said Blair had recently been sentenced to three months supervision by a judge at Preston Crown Court for an offence of indecent exposure.
He had been naked in the port at 8am, waving a shoe and chasing people.
Mr Nelligan added: “He had been using amphetamine mixed with alcohol.”
