A MAN pinned his partner to the floor and then bit her nose.
Jamie McKinlay admitted assaulting the mother of two.
He was bailed for three weeks by Blackpool Magistrates so pre-sentence reports can be prepared on him.
Pam Smith, prosecuting, said McKinlay of Orme Street, Blackpool, had a previous conviction for assaulting the same victim.
She said: ”The couple had a row over financial matters.
“McKinlay went upstairs and then returned and pinned her to the floor and bit her nose.
“He then bit one of her fingers.”
Brett Chappell, defending, said the assault was “an unpleasant incident of domestic violence for which my client hangs his head in shame”.
He added: ”He lost control when his former partner called him bog-eyed.”
