A man breached a court order when he spoke to a five-year-old boy over his garden wall.
Keith Foster, 60, of Park Avenue, Fleetwood, pleaded guilty to breaching a Sex Offenders Prevention Order made by Lancaster magistrates last year, by having unsupervised contact with a child.
He was fined £35 with £40 costs plus £20 victims’ surcharge by Blackpool magistrates.
The court was told that the Sex Offenders’ Prevention Order banned Foster from having unsupervised contact with children under 16.
On September 4 Foster was seen in his garden at Fleetwood talking over the wall to a five-year-old boy.
