A man banned from seeing his father left court and went virtually straight to his dad’s address.
Wayne Ingram, 39, of formerly of Poulton Road, Layton, now of no fixed address, pleaded guilty to failing to comply with bail conditions.
Blackpool magistrates agreed to rebail him.
Pam Smith, prosecuting, said Ingram was bailed on April 25, on the conditions he did not contact his father, did not enter father’s home street except with a police officer to collect his belongings and to report daily from police.
The prosecutor added: “Following his release from court he immediately went to the address in Poulton Road and was found there collecting his belongings.”
Jessica Partington, defending, said after leaving court Ingram had gone to the police station and asked if an officer could accompany him so he could get his belongings.
One was not immediately available.
