A man smashed a bar window with a brick after being asked to leave, a court was told.
Michael Kay, 53, of Derby Road, North Shore, admitted causing damage.
He was fined £110 with £50 costs and £20 victims’ surcharge by Blackpool magistrates.
Philip Hall, prosecuting, said the incident happened on August 19.
At around 9pm that night, Kay was asked to leave Shenanigans Bar, Mr Hall told the magistrates.
CCTV then showed him later throwing a brick at the bar window.
Kathryn Jamieson-Sinclair, defending, said her client was falsely accused of having thoughts about taking a woman’s handbag in the pub and requested to go.
He was very angry about the untrue allegation.
He left, drank some lager and on the way back saw a brick outside the pub and threw it.
