Man arrested in connection with drugs haul

Police had launched an appeal to track down Daniel Munro in connection with the discovery of high quality cocaine at a property in Rosemount Avenue, Preesall in December last year.

He was arrested by police in the Adelaide Street area at around 2pm on Monday and has been charged with possessing cocaine with the intent to supply and possessing a class B drug.

He was remanded to appear at Blackpool Magistrates’ Court this morning.
