A man who made pornographic pictures of children has been banned from public libraries in Fleetwood and Cleveleys.
Gareth Bullock, 30, of Balmoral Terrace, Fleetwood, pleaded guilty to two offences of making indecent photographs of children.
He also admitted possessing indecent pictures of children at Fleetwood on September 27 last year.
Bullock was bailed by Blackpool Magistrates’ Court. In addition to the public library ban Bullock must also have no unsupervised contact or approach children under 18.
Michael Woosnam, defending, said his client, who had no previous convictions, had learning difficulties.
Bullock had been scheduled to be sentenced, but the defendant said he did not receive the letter from the probation service for a pre-sentence appointment.
