Man, 23, held after three-car crash in Thornton
A 23-year-old man from Thornton was arrested on suspicion of drink driving after a three-car crash in the village yesterday evening.
Police say he was held after a collision between a Vauxhall Vectra, Ford Focus, and Mercedes CLA180, in Fleetwood Road at around 8pm.
Nobody was hurt, though buses were diverted via Amounderness Way while debris was cleared.
The man remains in custody this morning, police added.
