Police found heroin on a spoon when they carried out a drugs raid at a woman’s home, a court was told.
Emma Knowles, unemployed, 28, of Claremont Court, North Shore, admitted illegal possession of class A drugs.
She was fined £35 with £50 costs and ordered to pay £20 victims’ surcharge by Blackpool magistrates.
Nicola Corney, prosecuting, said police executed a drugs warrant at Knowles’ home and found traces of heroin powder on a spoon on February 20.
Robert Castle, defending, said the amount of drug found was minute. Knowles had a history of drug problems.
She was receiving treatment, but occasionally had lapses.
