A couple who are alleged to have been involved in a tapas bar confrontation with former footballer Colin Hendry and his daughter have had their cases adjourned again.
Blackpool Magistrates heard 63-year-old Hector McFarlane and his 61-year-old wife Williamina are believed to be living in Thailand.
Hector McFarlane is accused of assaulting Colin and Rheagan Hendry in June last year at a bar in Lytham.
His wife is accused of using threatening behaviour towards Rheagan Hendry.
Tracy Yates, prosecuting, said summonses against the McFarlanes, of South Holme, Lytham, have not been served, but added: “They are going to return to this country at some stage.
“The Crown Prosecution Service want to continue with this matter.”
The case has now been listed four times and was adjourned again.
