Prosecutor, Martine Connah, said a witness on Low Moor Road, Bispham, heard Robinson shout at another man “one day I’m going to get you” on May 6 at 2.45pm

Robinson was then seen chasing the other man and throwing punches at him. There were young and elderly people about and Robinson swore repeatedly.

Brett Chappell, defending, told magistrates: “He says the other man has been following him around for eight to nine months and taking pictures of him. He says he had had it and took it upon himself to have words with the man.”
