A Cleveleys man has been placed on Lancashire police’s most wanted list.
Police said Christopher Horrocks, of Beach Road, Cleveleys is wanted in connection with a ‘sustained’ campaign of harassment on an ex-partner using social media and nuisance calls as his tools.
The 25-year-old is alleged to have plagued a 25-year-old Blackpool woman with unwanted texts and anonymous telephone calls as well as unpleasant Facebook messages.
Officers said they have been searching for Mr Horrocks since they received the complaint last month.
The allegations involve sustained period of time from July 2012 to June 2013.
One of the allegations include claims Mr Horrocks has been nuisance calling his victim at all times of the day and night on a withheld number.
Officers said Mr Horrocks is now being sought by police across Lancashire and his picture has been circulated.
A Lancashire police spokesman said: “I urge Mr Horrocks to do the right thing and come forward.
“These matter needs resolving and will not go away.
“I believe someone must know where the is, so I appeal to his friends and family members to come forward and contact us.
“Intimidating behaviour of any sort will not be tolerated by Lancashire police.”
