CCTV clue in station damage

This man is wanted in connection with a train attack.

POLICE want to speak to this man after a window was smashed at a train station.

Officers were called to Poulton train station in the early hours of Monday, January 28 after reports the booking office window had been smashed.

And British Transport Police has released this image of the man they want to speak to about the damage.

PC Carly Rickwood said: “We have carried out a number of inquiries and have managed to isolate the man pictured on CCTV.

“He was in and around the station at the time of the incident and may have vital information that could assist the investigation.”

The damage occurred at around 3am.

Police hope members of the public will recognise the man pictured, and can come forward and identify him.

Anyone who does recognise the man pictured, or who has any information about the damage, is asked to contact British Transport Police on 0800 40 50 40, or alternatively call Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
