A man was arrested after arguing with his brother.
Kevin Derby, 33, of Penrose Avenue, admitted being drunk and disorderly.
He was given a 12-month conditional discharge and ordered to pay £15 victims’ surcharge by Blackpool magistrates.
Pam Smith, prosecuting, said police were called by Derby’s brother on December 14.
Derby was found in Fir Grove and was rude to an officer.
Stephen Duffy, defending, said the brothers had fallen out and Derby intended to go and live with his father in Glossop.
