A SERIAL dine and dasher has made his latest court appearance.
In his latest offence Jeremy Heath had tucked into a hearty feast of sausages and mash plus sticky toffee pudding washed down by five pints at a hotel but could not pay the bill.
Heath, 47, of Princes Reach, Preston, pleaded guilty to dishonestly obtaining services from The North Euston Hotel, Fleetwood.
He was put on nine months supervision with alcohol rehabilitation counselling and ordered to pay £23 compensation by District Judge Pamela Baldwin sitting at Blackpool Magistrates’ Court who told him: “Obtaining services by deception has become something of a career for you”.
Tracy Yates, proseucting, said Health had failed to pay for the meal at the hotel on December 8. He had nine similar previous convictions this year.
Daniel Harman, defending, told the judge that Heath said someone kept stealing his benefit money.
