Proposals to build a 10,000 sqm retail store will be reviewed by planners in the new year.

Fylde Council is inviting the views of Blackpool Council and Preston City Council on plans to build a major new business park building.

Town Hall planners have been asked for their comments on the Whitehills Business Park wanting to create a new 10,000 square metre retail store off junction four of the M55.

Fylde Council is consulting on the proposed site at Dugdales Close, Brooklands Way, Hallam Way and Plumptons Preston until January 8.

The new retail store would have around 10,195 sqm of retail space across two floors and include car parking, adding to businesses including B&Q and Premier Inn.
