Christmas Fair will raise money for park
The Friends of Stanley Park and the Salisbury Woodland is holding its Christmas fair this Saturday and Sunday.
It will take place between 10am and 3pm each day in the visitor centre at the park, adjacent to the Art Deco cafe.
Santa will be in his grotto from 11am waiting to welcome the children, and there will also be hot mulled cider, cakes, a bottle tombola, a raffle and games.
All the money raised from the event will go towards renovations in the park and putting bands on to perform at the bandstand next year.
