Blackpool childminder, Julie Machin, has again been rated as outstanding by education watchdog Ofsted.
The childminder, of Preston New Road, was lauded as ‘motivated and enthusiastic’, whose youngsters show a ‘thirst for learning’, and ‘relish in the wide variety of rich and purposeful play experiences’.

She was previously inspected in 2009.
Inspector Cath Palser said: “All areas of learning and development are promoted extremely well, so that children are prepared well for future learning.
“She uses a superb variety of strategies to promote children’s communication and language skills.
“She provides children with plenty of time to think and respond to questions and introduces new words.
“Mathematics is promoted extremely well during children’s play and everyday routines.”
