CHILDREN across the Fylde coast could win a science lesson with Professor Brian Cox.
Kids across Blackpool can nominate their class on-line to win the lesson with the TV science star at the world-famous Jodrell Bank Observatory.
The Professor is hosting the ‘Big Bang Lesson’ for a second year running after thousands of students entered last year’s competition to win the science star for their school.
The lessons form part of a nationwide initiative by The Big Bang Fair to show young people how inspiring science can be.
The professor of physics, said: “I’m thrilled to be joining forces with The Big Bang Fair for a second year to teach and inspire school children. “Science has always been my passion and it’s so rewarding to show youngsters of all ages that they too can play a part in answering some of life’s biggest questions with the help of science, technology, engineering and maths.”
