A Lytham solicitor has swapped Fylde law firms, Zoe Fleming from Lytham has joined Blackpool and Lytham-based Roland Robinsons and Fentons.

The former student at Queen Mary School (now AKS) in Lytham previously worked as a senior solicitor at Dickson Haslam’s office in the town.

Her work will involve advising and guiding clients in the areas of wills, probate, court of protection, powers of attorney, estate planning , trusts and administration.

Zoe, who lives in Lytham and is married with a six-year-old daughter, said: “I love the area and the local community and I am really looking forward to getting involved in helping people through what can be a very complex area of the law and a difficult time in their lives.

“Although I am based in the Lytham office I am more than happy to carry out home visits and I can’t wait to get out and meet people face-to-face and make sure they get the best service I can give.

“I think it is important to get over to clients that it does not matter how small your estate is. Too often solicitors can focus on the large and wealthy estates when a modest estate can be just as challenging and require expert advice and guidance throughout the process.” Zoe is one of only a handful of solicitors in the area who is qualified as a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP), which means she is a specialist in wills, probate and elderly client issues, in conjunction with estate planning.

Clive Marquis-Carr, a partner at Roland Robinsons and Fentons, said: “We wholeheartedly welcome Zoe to the firm.

“I have no doubt that her considerable skills and experience will make her an asset, not just to Roland Robinsons and Fentons but to all the clients who work with her.”
