Lancashire law firm Harrison Drury has appointed Cindy Pickering to head up its wills and probate team.
Cindy, a member of the Society for Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP), joins Harrison Drury as an associate solicitor after nine years at Forbes Solicitors.
Cindy will manage Harrison Drury’s wills and probate teams at its Preston and Garstang offices, as well as assisting clients on matters such as powers of attorney, court of protection, trusts and tax planning.
John Chesworth, managing partner at Harrison Drury, said: “Our wills and probate service is an important part of our private client offering.
“Having a specialist of Cindy’s calibre and experience helping to look after our clients’ interests will be of enormous benefit to them and to the firm.”
Cindy said: “Wills and probate is an area of the law with many different aspects to it and one that applies to every individual.
“I’m thoroughly looking forward to working with our clients across the region, helping them to make important decisions about the future.”
