Law firm Napthens has launched a new Wealth Management service which aims to complement the firm’s wide range of legal services for private clients.

Napthens Wealth Management is designed to provide clients with a comprehensive, personal financial plan including investment, tax planning and retirement planning advice.

It will also work in tandem with Whitehills Business Park-based Napthens’ legal advisers on areas such as estate planning and business succession.

Ian Leigh, chief executive of the company, said: “As part of our ongoing review of the services we offer we have been keen to provide a strategic service which is a shift away from the traditional, more reactive services offered by most law firms. Financial advice sits well alongside the legal advice we already provide, particularly as we seek to generate, preserve and protect our clients’ financial well being. Napthens Wealth Management will allow us to deliver a more rounded service.”

Napthens Wealth Management will be provided in conjunction with Ludlow Wealth Management Group, which has offices in Lytham.

With 45 staff and £550m assets under management, Ludlow will provide an in-house wealth management team for Napthens’ clients through Napthens Wealth Management.
