A Blackpool-based arm of a property services group has moved to larger offices and is set to recruit after demand soared.

Spicerhaart Corporate Sales, the asset management arm of Spicerhaart, which has been based in Blackpool for ten years, is expected to recruit another 12 staff during 2013.

It works closely with a range of banks, building societies and other lenders as well as housing associations to sell thousands of repossessed properties every year in the UK and Republic of Ireland.

Increased demand for its range of services from its client base together with the roll-out of its new web-based active management information tool, the Spicerhaart Asset Management System (SAMS), has led to the move to the purpose-built premises on the Skyways Commercial Campus.

The 7,000 sq ft offices will house Spicerhaart Corporate Sales’ 80 plus employees.

Mark Pilling, of Lytham St Annes, Managing Director of Spicerhaart Corporate Sales, said: “I am thrilled to have moved into our new offices in Blackpool.

“Our new premises on the Skyways Commercial Campus provide our staff not only with the infrastructure to maintain our position as one of the industry’s market leaders but also gives us sufficient scope to continue to grow our headcount in the future.”
