A BLACKPOOL leisure business is set to expand with human table football and two-wheeled scooter challenges.
Impact Leisure, based at Whyndyke Farm, is adding the new activities to its stable of outdoor fun and games.
The family-owned firm has been welcoming tourists, stag and hen parties and locals to its site for more than 12 years.
Director Fiona Gibb said in tough times it was important to offer customers what they want and at the right prices and the new offerings were vital to keeping the business fresh.
They have teamed up with RideSegway which already operates in Lancashire to bring the distinctive scooters to Blackpool.
Human table football is just like the table top version but with life-sized players strapped on to poles on an inflatable pitch.
Mrs Gibb said: “We are always looking for new and diverse activities here at Impact, something a little different than your average games. Human table football is great fun for everyone, it’s not as easy as the table top version but that is where the fun element comes in!”
Stuart Rowlands, from RideSegway, said: “Nothing like this exists currently in Blackpool and with Impact already offering a great range of diverse activities it made total sense to team up with them.”
