A Blackpool motor dealership has ramped up its after sales team following a major recruitment drive.
The Chorley Group, which operates Fiat, Hyundai, Kia and Nissan franchises on Amy Johnson Way, has taken on 11 new members of staff.
The new team members include technicians, receptionists and two new service managers.
Chorley group sales director Pauline Turner said: “We’ve completely revamped our after sales operation in Blackpool.
“After making a number of key appointments, we’ve recruited what is essentially a completely new starting XI!
“As a long established family business we take customer satisfaction and customer care very seriously, and I’m proud to say we are currently ranked as a five star Trustpilot dealer with a satisfaction score of over 95 per cent.
“However that doesn’t mean to say we can afford to become complacent.
“We are always striving to improve the customer experience across all areas of our business and these new appointments are part of a wider strategy to offer an improved after sales service to our customers in Blackpool.”
The new starters include Dave Thompson, who is the new service manager for the Chorley Group’s Nissan and Hyundai franchises, and Martin Jackson, who has been appointed service manager for Fiat and Kia.
The Chorley Group also has dealerships in Chorley, Preston, Wigan and Burnley.
