EXPERIENCED solicitor Lisa Benskin has joined the litigation team at Lancashire law firm Napthens.
Lisa studied law at Sheffield before qualifying as a solicitor in 2006.
She has since worked for a number of North West firms, including Hillyer McKeown, where she was head of commercial litigation.
She is experienced in all areas from contract disputes to shareholder and partnership disputes and property litigation.
In 2010 Lisa made a name for herself by recovering the largest award of costs against a public authority under the Licensing Act 2003, securing almost £25,000 for a North Wales nightclub which wrongly had its license revoked.
In her new role she will work alongside litigation partner Sean Gibbs.
