A Blackpool financial management company has taken on a new client services executive.
Red Star Wealth Management has welcomed Lucy McSpirit, to its growing ranks..
Lucy (pictured) will be supporting Sue Stafford in her new role of customer relationship manager, although Sue will also retain the role of personal assistant to managing director Kristen Durose.
Kristen said: “This exciting development is part of our future plans and means that we can continue to offer the very best customer experience as we grow.”
Lucy, mum to two children, Macy and Jensen, lives in Lytham with her partner Marc.
She has a background in marketing, customer relations and graphic design.
Kristen added: “She is joining Red Star Wealth to help us to deliver our exceptional client service, improve the social media and online experience for clients and support Sue Stafford in her new role as client relationship manager.
“We are growing as a company so with more clients to look after we need more hands to do it – making sure our standards don’t drop.
“I am absolutely thrilled Lucy has agreed to join the team, she brings with her a skill set which compliments the roles we already have here and like all of us at Red Star a passion to provide the best service we can.
“I am also really pleased the business is growing in the right way.”
Red Star Wealth has been short listed in this year’s Enterprise Vision Awards in two sections – Business and Personal Finance and Customer Services.
The finals take place at the Winter Gardens on September 26.
