Photographer's car is pretty as a picture

PHOTOGRAPHER Wayne Paulo doesn't wear his art on his sleeve – he prefers a fully-wrapped Citroen C2.

The enterprising professional lensman, of Anchorsholme, has come up with his own mobile photographic exhibition.

His car points other motorists and passers-by to his web site – GetBetterPictures.com – which is loaded with pages of free learning on picture taking and anything relating to photography.

Wayne said: "After 25 years in photography and always being asked questions even when I'm on holiday, I finally decided to create the website with the answers.

"Then it seemed a good idea to use my car to highlight it."

Using the latest in technology and help from Berkshire-based Ad-Wraps, the car is a picture indeed.

Around 40 pictures in total, spanning two continents from America's west coast San Francisco to Montreaux in Switzerland, with stops in Florida, Holland, Germany and even Blackpool, are all on board.

The "car wrap" was designed by Wayne's daughter, local freelance designer Danielle Paulo from P3Visuals, a former graduate from Blackpool and the Fylde College.

Her brief was to create a stunning visual design which would be eye catching and inspire people to take better pictures.

"Most people who have seen the car agree it does," said Wayne.
