Solicitors Marc Appleton and Tom Dickinson have joined the expanding commercial property team at law firm Napthens which has offices on the Fylde.
Marc advises on a wide range of matters including investment sales and purchases, new build commercial development work and development funding.
Marc spent 12 years with Addleshaw Goddard in Manchester including four as managing associate.
He has significant experience acting for large corporate retailers and expertise in dealing with disposal of distressed property assets.
Tom handles a range of commercial property work including acquisitions, sales, development and leasehold management.
Having spent more than eight years with Brabners Chaffe Street, he has particular experience in landlord and tenant matters, and has worked for a broad range of clients from major pension funds to national retailers and charities.
