Low energy and sustainability solutions provider, Inteb, has made a move into the nuclear sector by becoming a Member of the National Skills Academy for Nuclear.

Inteb, which has a head office at Bilsborrow and an operations office in Bromborough, will now be instigating important actions to ensure employees are trained to the highest standards of nuclear capability.

With an industry-leading team of engineers, chartered surveyors and environmental specialists, Inteb is ideally placed to offer tailored solutions to the UK nuclear industry. These services will be offered nationwide, but will be particularly pertinent to the nuclear industry on Anglesey, North Wales and Cumbria’s Energy Coast. Colin Jones, managing director of Inteb said: “This is an important first step for us all at Inteb.

“We believe that alongside renewable technologies, nuclear energy has an important role to play. We are continually looking to improve, innovate and develop our skills and the government’s drive to make Britain a global leader in new nuclear gives us the opportunity to be part of this exciting low carbon sector.

“The National Skills Academy Nuclear’s Welsh Regional Manager, Alli Hunt has been extremely supportive.”
