Low energy and sustainability solutions provider, Inteb, is rapidly expanding its team to service its Green Deal projects

Former police and Special Branch detective Andy Lang is head of Green Deal, using his skills in process re-engineering, programme management, problem solving and transformational change in his role at Inteb.

Key to this is his ability to network with Government at both regional and national levels, to influence policy and developments.

He is already working with ministers and the Department of Energy & Climate Change (DECC), focusing on the Green Deal agenda, and helping to drive innovation in this area, through Inteb’s role as one of five Green Deal Providers with Active Provider status.

Andy has already acquired a strong Green Deal team at Inteb. This comprises: Hannah Wake, Bethany Cooke, Robert Clarke, Johnny Stobbs and Fiona Salisbury. Two new apprentices have recently come on board.

The team has expanded so quickly over the last six months, that it has had to acquire additional office space. Some of the team are studying for qualifications that will enhance their skills. Hannah is studying project management, while Bethany is on an accountancy course and has taken the lead in the auditing of Green Deal projects.

Andy Lang said: “We have a rapidly growing and vibrant Green Deal team, which is allowing us to drive Green Deal innovation and installations.

“We are an exciting division within Inteb and are fully motivated and focused on making Inteb the country’s most advanced Green Deal Provider.”
