Bosses at Blackpool Pleasure Beach hope to boost visitors to the resort next year by freezing prices.

The popular attraction has announced deals, including a discounted low-season wristband, to help entice cash-strapped customers.

In addition, bosses have decided to freeze gate prices, which were cut in 2013 to make the park better value for money.

This year’s offers focus on discounts for customers who book more than 10 days in advance and for family bookings of three or more.

The low-season wristband offers access for £15.99.

Managing Director of Blackpool Pleasure Beach, Amanda Thompson, said: “We want to give our guests excellent value for money and the new prices for the 2014 will ensure this continues to happen.

“Whichever price you chose you can be sure to get the best value for money when you visit Blackpool Pleasure Beach.”

“We cannot wait for the new season to start on February 8 and welcome everyone to Blackpool Pleasure Beach.”

Last year, adult wristband prices were dropped from £35 to £29.99. Children’s wristbands were cut from £30 to £26.99.

The attraction opens for the 2014 season on the weekend of February 8 and 9 and then every weekend until April 1, when Blackpool Pleasure Beach opens daily until November 2.

This year saw the arrival of the attractions new ride, Wallace and Grommit’s Thrill-O-Matic.
