SOLICITOR Andrew Holden has been appointed head of Napthens’ rural department.
Andrew, who has worked for the solicitors’ rural team since 2006, is a recognised expert handling a wide range of matters for his agricultural clients.
He takes over from Geoff Tomlinson, one of the most respected agricultural law specialists in the region. Geoff will continue to play a role in the department.
Andrew, of Goosnargh, is a member of the Fylde Farmers group, and advises on topics including renewable energy, estate planning, and agricultural tenancy matters. He also sits on the committee of the Garstang and District Agricultural Show
.Mr Tomlinson said: “Andrew has a real passion for the agricultural community.
