The new development, St Petersfield’s will be situated next to St Peter’s Primary School.

St Petersfield’s follows on from the success of the Ash Meadows development which is now approaching full completion.

Gill Mathison, managing director of Create Homes said: “Our first development, Ash Meadows, was a very intimate site that allowed us to really focus on the quality of the build and ensure we were building homes that delivered on style and substance.

“With more than 60 per cent of Ash Meadows now built and 15 of the 27 houses already sold to date, we are excited to launch Phase 2 – St Petersfield’s’ in Inskip.

“Now we can move on to deliver this quality on a larger scale and we already have a long list of interested potential buyers.

“We have developed a close relationship with St Peter’s School over the past 12 months and so it seemed an obvious choice to name our next development after them.”

Aiming to be on site by the end of November 2017, the 55 new homes have been designed to continue the style theme of Ash Meadows but on a grander scale.

St Petersfield’s will incorporate four new house types, again named after boroughs in the Wyre; including the biggest house type to date The Sowerby a five bedroom, 2.5 storey property and The Pressall, a two bedroom bungalow.
