HANDLING customer queries in a quick, reliable and hassle-free service has won a St Annes garage a top award.
Granville Autocare of Blackpool has been crowned the regional winner of the 2011 Swift Award, supported by swiftcover.com.
The Swift Awards is a nationwide scheme designed to champion local businesses who have demonstrated quick, reliable and hassle free service to their customers.
Gold, silver and bronze award-winners were selected from the five regional finalists who all demonstrated unique qualities in their field.
As one of five exceptional regional finalists, Granville Autocare was praised for its quick, reliable and hassle free service to their customers in Blackpool, and took the gold award.
Gemma Holderness, owner of Granville Autocare, said: “We are delighted to have won this award. It’s great that we’ve been recognised for customer service as we’re a business which has prided on its standards since it began.
“We were pleased to win the Swift Award in 2009, however being honoured with the regional title is a real thrill for us all.

Granviolle was up against City Garage of Tyne Street, Carlisle, Mint Valeting of Hatton Heath, Chester, Art’s Aquatic’s And Animals of Buckels Garden Centre, Liverpool, and Moss Cottage Boarding Kennels and Cattery of Clowes Street, Manchester.
