Get your dancing shoes on - the JitterBug Spring Bank Ball comes to town tomorrow.

Based on the American Spring Breaks, Paul Coopes and DJ mates Andy Rise, Matt Swales and Olly Byrne have organised the dance music bash at Coco Bar in Talbot Square.

“With all the uni and college courses are coming to an end we thought this would be the perfect time to put a night on,” said Paul.

“It’s in the same vein as Fubar’s Pier Pressure at Easter, which was really good.

“But the prime aim is to raise a bit of money through smaller events like this and bring some headline names back to Blackpool again.

“Since the bigger clubs like The Syndicate closed, there aren’t too many mainstream music events on in town.”

Entrance to the Coco event is £3, or £2 with a flyer, and it’s open from 11pm to 4am.

Music is electro and trance, Ibiza-style.
