Have your say

THE wait is finally over for ecstatic students at Arnold School.

Five pupils are one step closer to their goal of studying at either Oxford or Cambridge University after finally being told they have been accepted – as long as they achieve high A Level grades.

Robert Brocklehurst, from St Annes, and Kimberly Millard, from Blackpool, will be heading off to Cambridge to read Natural Sciences.

It’s Oxford for Catherine Lusher, of South Shore, who will study history, and linguist Emily Jeffery, who lives in Kirkham. Talented musician Lauren Au, from Singleton, will read classics at Oxford after securing a choral scholarship.
