New gym facilities at Moor Park Health and Leisure Centre have been unveiled.
Blackpool Paralympic athlete Shelly Woods enjoyed a tour of the new facilities which encompasses an extended 65-station gym.

The £414,000 expansion at the leisure centre on Bristol Avenue in Bispham also includes a large free weights area, a Feel Good Factory which offers simple power assisted equipment, meeting space and two new dedicated exercise class and spinning studios.
Coun Graham Cain, cabinet member for tourism and leisure, said: “Since the relaunch of Moor Park five years ago, we’ve seen increasing demand following some really good feedback.
“Now, with this expansion, we can cater to more members and provide brighter spaces.”
Shelly said: “I’m blown away with the renovation.
“I used to come here years ago for school swimming classes; the changes now are world class.”
